Non-clinical, forward-focused coaching built on the same understanding of gay male psychology as the therapy practice. Available worldwide, including where therapy isn’t.
It doesn’t diagnose, doesn’t treat clinical conditions, and isn’t a substitute for psychotherapy where that’s what’s needed. What it is: structured, non-clinical work on the patterns that don’t require a clinical frame but do require someone who already understands the terrain.
If something clinical surfaces during the work, that gets named directly and referral is discussed.
Coaching assumes you are fundamentally functional. The work starts at the pattern, not at a diagnosis.
No application process. You choose a date and time that suits you, and the booking is confirmed immediately.
Via secure video call. The intake covers what brings you to coaching, the pattern or goal you want to work on, and whether the fit is right.
Weekly sessions with written support between them. The pattern doesn’t wait for the next appointment to run, so most of the work happens across the month, not only in the room.
The first month is billed at booking. Remaining months are invoiced separately as the container continues.
Structured coaching for gay men, worldwide. Billed monthly in USD. Both containers start with a paid 60-minute intake, booked separately via NeetoCal.
6-Month Container
The patterns took decades to form. Six months gives them room to actually move.
3-Month Container
Enough time to see the pattern clearly and start interrupting it.
Book the intro session or start a container directly. A short intake follows. If coaching is the wrong room for what you are carrying, you are refunded and I point you somewhere better. Coaching is not therapy or a crisis service.
Coaching is not a treatment for mental health conditions and does not diagnose or treat. What it offers is structured, forward-focused work on the patterns that show up outside a clinical picture: recurring dynamics in dating and relationships, the gap between external success and internal experience, identity questions that don’t require clinical intervention but do require honest, informed attention. It is coaching from someone whose clinical background is entirely in gay male psychology, so the context does not need explaining first.
Therapy is clinical work, BACP- or HPCSA-registered, available in the UK, Ireland, select European countries, and South Africa. Coaching is non-clinical, available worldwide including in Germany, France, the US, and Canada, where regulatory constraints mean therapy is not offered. Coaching does not diagnose, treat, or replace psychotherapy. If clinical need becomes apparent during coaching, referral to appropriate clinical support is discussed directly.
Yes. Coaching is available worldwide with no geographic restriction. It is the appropriate route for gay men in countries where Psycosme does not offer clinical therapy.
The first session is a paid 60-minute intake, $225. It covers what brings you to coaching, the pattern or goal you want to work on, and whether the fit is right before committing to a container.
Two containers: 3 months at $850 for the first month, or 6 months at $750 for the first month, with remaining months invoiced separately. Billing is in USD.
Clinical therapy for gay men in the UK, Ireland, select European countries, and South Africa. Or The Formation Programme: six structured group sessions and a written Pattern Map, available worldwide.
