Worldwide. ## About the Practitioner Gino Cosme is a BACP-registered gay therapist (BACP #00993851) with 10+ years of clinical experience specialising in gay male psychology. He also holds BPS registration (#509049), HPCSA registration (PRC 0034622), and NCPS registration (597). He is based between London and Lisbon, and works in English. He trained in psychology in South Africa and completed postgraduate clinical work in Portugal. He does not practise conversion therapy. He works from minority stress theory, attachment frameworks, and an integrative psychodynamic-relational orientation. Cohorts of up to six men over twelve weeks: six 90-minute group sessions plus one private session per participant. The sessions move through six domains: Formation, Shame Architecture, Relational Patterns, Body & Sexuality, Identity vs Performance, and What You Actually Want. Each participant builds his own written Pattern Map across the programme, guided and structured. Cohorts run quarterly; dates are released to the waitlist first. $700 USD for the founding cohort, $900 USD thereafter.
